With a commitment to excellence, my mission is to redefine performance standards and equip athletes with elite strength and conditioning training programs and personalized coaching by designing custom training solutions for any athlete or team, setting them on a path towards success and competitive dominance.
After an initial consult where we will discuss your goals, a 100% remote strength and conditioning program will be designed for you on a monthly basis. All programs will be catered to your schedule and your access to equipment. You will also have access to a coach at any time for check-ins, feedback, and adjustments as needed. We will assess where you’re at, identify weaknesses, and structure a program for you accordingly. This option is ideally for the client who has some competency and experience in basic training.
Personal Training consists of a 1 hour in-person coached training session as well as individualized programming. Memberships consist of one-on-one personal training sessions, or semi-private options.
Team training sessions at a special group rate available for teams looking to improve athletic ability during any season of competition.
